Requirement
The customer, a leading Broadband and Telecommunications Services Company based in India wanted AABSyS IT to create of Landbase data such as data regarding building and roads.
The company provided AABSyS IT with the necessary referencing inputs such as satellite Imagery.
Solution Offered
- The input data was verification for City AOI and Imagery.
- A pre-decided grids for AOI and Imagery were prepared to suffice the mass production.
- The building data was captured as per the specifications provided by the company.
- The street data was also captured with specification such as, road centerline and shall be captured as single continuous line from junction to junction.
- The Attribute were updated with details such as each feature (in both Building polygons and road center line) were updated with Unique ID for each feature and City Code – a 4 Letter unique city code.
- The final data was quality Checked (QC) & Quality Assured (QA) before the final delivery.
Technology used
- AABSyS IT created a team of 14 skilled resources including a Project Manager, a Team Leader and a Quality Control Leader.
- The team at AABSyS used high end, up-to dated software such as AutoCAD Map 2006 and higher, ZWCAD and ArcGIS 10.2 to complete the given task.
- To ensure high quality of deliverables, each building is verified for correct shape, hollow part (if available), base movement and Street Centerline was captured in the center of the road and continuous from junction to junction.
- A few automated quality check and quality assurance practices such as10 % sampling of quality checked data.
